ETMB provides medical billing services to Doctors, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, DME, and Home Health Agencies. The complete spectrum of service includes: demographics entry, coding, charge entry, electronic claims filing, re-filing denial claims, ERA payment autoposting, manual payment posting from EOBs, and follow up on accounts receivable. We are the only billing company that has our own access to the local hospital electronic admission records (FirstNet w/ETMC & Chartmaxx w/TMF), and Dashboard for the Nursing Homes & Home Health Agencies. This high level of security has been built from years of trust within the medical community.

 Coding and identifying codes serve a wide variety of functions in the medical field. Coding is the most important administrative tool for reporting medical services and procedures performed by physicians. From reconciling the many differences of opinion about the best way to describe a procedure, to the last details on placement of the 5th digit of the diagnosis code. Most practices do not devote their energies and expertise to the preparation & revisions to the national guidelines of insurance coding. This means that for all financial transactions sent electronically, the current CPT Coding will have to be used.

ETMB daily submits your claims electronically to Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS and all commercial carriers. Once we receive your data, your account representative checks for errors, makes corrections if necessary, and submits the claims.
